Opined - Co-Founder/Tech Lead/Product Lead

Requirements:

1. You are a social media mafia within and out knowledge on how social media platform works and how they are coded.

2. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You do not have fear of asking questions. You are not a - yes boss- material. You have an entrepreneur attitude, strong team player and share the same zeal for the problem and the domain.

3. You have in-depth knowledge and experience of back-end and front-end technologies involved in the social media platform. You have the ability to understand vision, strategy and end-user requirements and convert them into codes, algorithms and web/mobile apps.

- Willingness to design, build and own the products end-to-end from scratch

- Ready to architect, code and bring a system to production proactively

- Strong knowledge of AWS, Design Patterns, Multiple modern technologies such as PHP, NodeJS, Front end frameworks, Database structuring and Android Mobile Apps (Native)

- Experience and understanding large, complex codebases and architectures

- Should be comfortable dealing with lots of moving pieces

- Good to have but not mandatory, an experience working with a payment gateway

4. Great to have an experience of building a tech start-up from scratch in the past. Failed start-up founders welcomed (we love you if you have learned your lessons).

5. Above all, you are someone with whom we can spend 20 hours of our day and call in the middle of the night.

Not looking for web development agencies or freelancers. Also, if you have had a website making agency, this isn't ideal. Full time only.

Our MVP has worked. We have a live website (www.weopined.com) and an Android App (Opined). Based on our customer feedbacks and primary phase research, we are looking for iterations in the codes, product and other avenues. It's in the pre-investment stage, but we are investment-ready.

There will be no salary but % equity will be given.
