OpEx Program Manager

The role requires championing operational excellence across supply chain and logistics to architect organization wide learning and knowledge management opportunities for enhancing the performance of the organization.

Our client is a leading MNC in the Semiconductor space and has a presence across 17+ countries. They are looking for a Program/Project Manager for Operational Excellence, who will be based out of Bangalore.

Reporting to the Group Manager for Program Management, you will be responsible for :

1. Managing milestones and KPIs across various CoEs

2. Owning responsibilities for key developments, updates, performance to different stakeholders and leadership

3. Updating procedures, program documents and training for OpEx and CoEs

4. Handling communication with stakeholders for driving automation, process optimization, continuous improvement, digital transformation using agile methodologies

5. Driving Opex goals through initiatives across verticals by using strategic reviews, lean principles, metric analysis

6. Actively engaging as a change agent and facilitator for operational expenses

7. Collaborating with teams such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Commodity, Analytics, and others to design and implement VAVE road map, taking into consideration costs, quality and time lines for all commodities and product groups

- Ideally you are an Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Operations Excellence. You have strong project management skills (PMP or other relevant certifications are an advantage) and can work independently. You have a strong understanding of supply chain focusing on both procurement and sourcing space.

- You have expertise in Program Management and would have worked on planning, budgeting, tracking as well as reviewing. You also have strong data analytical skills with a background in Power BI, MS Suite, SAP and worked in digital transformation. You possess clear concise communication skills.
