Opex Manager

- We are looking for a Opex Manager for our client with Pan India presence based at Gurgaon.

Job Details :

Location : Gurgaon

Region : New Delhi

Grade : Manager ; Team Management

Reports to : Region COO / Head O&M

Nature of Role : OPEX Associates

Division/ Dept: : Operations& Maintenance

Work Timings : 9AM-6PM, however candidate must be flexible and open to stretch

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 4+ exp in Middle management in Finance, Operation expenses & Costing function.

Education : CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) Reg

Skills : Good in numbers, partner management, good knowledge of Excel, Business mindset.

Job purpose : Control Operating / Capital expenditure within defined SOPs, with optimum utilization of allocated budgetary resources by developing the least cost per.


1. Getting timely allocation of capex and opex budget from circle and further allocating and bifurcating it to cluster level.

2. Ensure timely payments to all vendors by reducing and closing vendor disputes for smooth operations

3. Manage Inter departmental relationships by meeting with customers at regular interval for function audit and other activates

4. Maintain site inventory and material management by timely material planning and budget allocation

5. Partner management
