Operations Role - WMS & DP - Retail Banking

Position Purpose

Handling Investment Account Opening, Document verification,Corporate and Retail Banking Operations ; Responsible for Audit & Compliance; Responsible for System UAT ; Liaise with internal teams such as Product, BSG, Liability Ops team, Audit, Branch Ops etc.,

Key Responsibilities : 

- MF Operations

- Investment account opening within TAT

- Document verification of ISA form

- Familiar with Finacle

- Identifying the automation areas

- Managing the daily operation of mutual fund

- Mutual fund transaction reporting to respective AMC within cut off time

- Order reconciliation

- Investor and CTF docs reporting

- Reconciliation of transaction

- Maintain Investment account database

- Understanding the requirement of branches and provide data as per requirement

- Fund transfer to AMC

- Query resolution

- Handling Audit

- Timely review of process

- Follow-up with AMC

- Handling Service First Requests

- MIS preparations

- Training

- Timely highlighted issue to IT team

- Transaction status updation

- Mandate activation for online transaction

- SOD & EOD activities in MF systems

- Holding Reconciliation

- System Patch & release updates

- GL proofing

- Portfolio updation

- Branch Training

- Follow-up with Vendor for issue

- Record Keeping

- Query Resolutions

- Easiest Facility

- Stationary Management

- Account Maintenance
