Brief Description about the role :
- Responsible for After sales service and customer service. This position provides direct oversight and management to Photographers, Post production and Service Delivery. Ensure on-time servicing of customers by coordinating with photographers and Video-graphers, Delivery Executives across region.
Educational Qualifications :
- Any graduate with an MBA from a tier 1 institute and a minimum experience of 8 - 10 years in After Sales Service / client / customer servicing (out of which a minimum experience of 4 years in Team Handling is required)
Key Deliverable :
- Oversee Entire Post Sales operations of the State for Photography Services
- Team Building: Sourcing & Recruitment of Photographers (On & Off role), Post production and Delivery Executives.
- Ensure both Free Lancers and on roll photographers follow SOP Laid down by the company
- Build good relationship with customers and internal team to manage the customer orders are serviced in effective way.
- Customer experience and successful complaint handling; proper response without time lag to clients.
- Process orientation should be high
- Ensure On time servicing of Customers through healthy mix of online and offline photographers
- Ensure timely update of CRM & Relevant payment collections to company as per norms
- Keep close track of development of photography innovations in the region and update HO
