Role - Operations Manager - (FMCG/Manufacturing/Startup experience)  Firm - Seed funded start up in the real estate (student accomodation space) funded by two sought after VC firms.  Experience -  - Operations or sales and marketing experience from FMCG (ITC etc), manufacturing or the start up space  - Need to be engineers from BITS/ IIT/ NIT/DTU/NSIT   CTC- Upto 25 LPA (including fixed and ESoPs)  Job responsibilities :   Operations Manager will be part of the Core Ops team and will be responsible for building the processes and policies that will define customer experience at the residences. They will also be complete responsible for the Ground Operations of 7-8 residences across multiple micro-markets.
