Operations Manager - Retail Sector (15-25 yrs)
Operation Manager - Retail (Pan India) - 3PL
- Ability to understand the business process w.r.t supply chain planning (Retail, Apparel, Fashion, eCommerce Business)
- Spot opportunity to grow revenue (organic & Inorganic)
- Should have handled multiple location operation with a large team size.
- Ability to manage warehouse Space to the tune 25 lakhs Sq. Ft (PAN INDIA)
- Ability to take reporting of PAN India Key Account Managers. (Cluster Manager)
- Warehousing operations start up across India.
- Ability to understand and execute warehousing operations with emphasis on inventory mgmt.
- Ability to do solution designing (focusing on the Retail, Apparel, Fashion, E-Com Business)
- Very good grip on client interaction and meetings and presentation skills.
- Provide analysis and reporting support for assigned accounts of the clients
- Good working knowledge of ERP system and WMS and sound knowledge w.r.t racked warehousing
- Ability to understand the SOP & ensure compliances.
- Skill w.r.t. implementation of productivity tools/Automation in warehousing aspects.
- Ability to screen functional resources and developing people down the line.
- Good working knowledge of contract manpower hiring system.
- Basic understanding of Labour law.
- Should be willing to work in unstructured environment which will require extensive travelling.
- Selected candidate will report directly to the "Director - Operations"
