Job description:

- An operations manager oversees and manages all aspects of the company's operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain. Specific responsibilities would include.

- Overseeing the production process, including planning, scheduling and coordinating the manufacturing and shipment of vending machines.

- Managing logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient use of resources.

- Supervising and managing a team of production supervisors, production workers, and logistics staff.

- Monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify and resolve issues, such as bottlenecks, quality control problems, or equipment malfunctions.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.

- Maintaining accurate records and reports on production activities, such as output and inventory levels.

- Regularly auditing and creating reports on the pre-mentioned activities.

- Managing the operational budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Identifying areas for improvement in the operations process and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and sales, to improve production processes and resolve issues.

- Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

- Communicating with senior management to provide updates on operational status and any issues that arise.
