Your Responsibilities - Manage overall growth in the state of Tamil Nadu, including the user base; managing end to end P&L of a city - Plan the roadmap for new acquisitions in the state and ensuring its execution - Build the company brand in a new state including partnership development, sales, operations, and customer experience - Launch and expand business - Build and manage end to end operations Apply If - You have an engineering/management degree from a premium college - You have at least 1 year of experience in operational roles - You are proficient in Tamil with good analytical skills - You are a process-driven individual and comfortable to travel - You are a hustler and proficient with data
