Central Operations Role

Reporting to Servicing Process Manager

Education : Graduate / Post Graduate

- Candidate should have prior experience in managing loan servicing processing which includes Prepayment / Foreclosure process, Refunds to customer / Reprising / Collection Settlement closures

- Key area of Servicing Operations being service related activities i.e. closing customer loan, changes in customer loan basis customer requirement such as applying money paid by customer etc.

- The candidate should be well versed with FinnOne Loan Management System. The same should be well aware of termination / closure application in FinnOne.

- The candidate should have Good communication & interpersonal skills to interact with collection / customer service PAN India

- The candidate should have effective skills to handle and manage on roll & outsourced Staff. Should have managed a Team of 4-5 staff.

- The candidate would be required to publish various MIS's related to the supervisors

Required: Subject Matter expert on FinnOne system.
