Operations Manager - International - Voice Process - Inbound - BPO

We have an Urgent opening with one of the Top BPO MNC's in the world, position based out of Gurgaon for Manager Operations - International (INBOUND) Voice Process.

MUST CRITERIA :

1. Must be handling process - INTERNATIONAL INBOUND VOICE SINCE LAST 3-4 Years (MUST BE DOING FOR THIRD PARTY / CLIENTS NOT ONLY FOR INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS)

2. MUST HAVE INTERNATIONAL TELECOM PROCESS EXPERIENCE - NOT DOMESTIC

3. IF CURRENTLY WORKING AS MANAGER OPERATIONS FOR THE SAME - HIGHLY PREFERABLE

- Exp in International voice process with expertise in driving Customer Satisfaction related deliverable

- Responsible for Client Front Facing

- Analyze performance results and implement department improvements

- Resolve escalated customer complaints

Must have 4- 5 yrs (CURRENT) of relevant exp handling an International voice process in a BPO MNC

- Must have exp with Process excellence initiatives

- Strong communication skills

- Flexible with US Shifts

- Exp of handling a semi-technical process is a preference

Salary range - 6-14 LPA
