Operations Manager - Insurance Process - BPO (7-10 yrs)
- Responsible for key deliverables like centralized issuance processes, Process Modelling, Workflow Management, System Integration, Process development & management, testing and people management internally.
- Responsible for handling team of members engaged in policy issuance.
- Monitoring daily issuance within defined TAT.
- Monitoring ancillary services like Deficiency handling, printing, dispatch, archival.
- Implementing new initiatives within the process.
