Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs across all stores for consistent quality and efficiency.
- Manage store audit processes and strive for excellent scores across locations.
- Take full ownership of the P&L for Hyderabad operations, focusing on cost control and profitability.
- Monitor and improve Zomato and customer satisfaction ratings through consistent service and
product quality.
- Address customer concerns promptly to enhance in-store experiences.
- Implement efficient and cost-effective repair and maintenance resolution systems.
- Identify and execute innovative process improvements in areas such as kiosk storage and throughput.
- Ensure all kiosks are fully staffed with well-trained personnel at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in P&L management and financial optimisation.
- Familiarity with SOP and audit compliance frameworks.
- Prior experience with New Store Opening (NSO) execution is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and drive continuous improvement.
