Operations Manager - Fund Admin

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CA's, MBA Finance, CFA etc.) is preferred.

Experience: 4+ Years

Salary: Up to 25 LPA

Job Description:

- As an Operations Manager for Fund, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing various operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

- You will work closely with internal teams, external service providers, and regulatory bodies to support the smooth functioning of the fund's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of SPV Structures, Investment Products and Financial markets.

- Liaising with Fund Accountant, Custodian and RTA for daily reconciliations, investor allocation, NAV reporting, preparing shadow NAV etc.

- Liaise with investors to address queries and provide updates on fund operations

- Assist in monitoring and analysis of fund performance including investment valuations and performance attribution. Generate performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors.

- Coordinate with investment manager to manage capital calls, distributions etc.

- Monitor cashflows and liquidity requirements

- Assist in the preparations of board materials and presentations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications(e.g., CA Inter, CA's, MBA Finance, CFA etc.) is preferred.

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

- Strong understanding of SPV Structures, Investment Products and Financial markets

- Experience with Delaware / Cayman / BVI jurisdictions
