Operations Manager - FMCG (4-10 yrs)
Operation manager
Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of sales operations.
They will be required to work cross functionally to ensure on time deliveries of required goods, happens.
- Coordinate, with various departments in the organization to support sales.
- Manage the day to day flow of sales operation to ensure timely deliveries after gaining customer P.O.s.
- Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
- Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm's technology investments .
