Hiring for Operations Manager (Finance Background only)

Location : Bangalore Office, Work from home

Salary : Up to Rs 35 LPA

- Must have experience in Fund Raising, Client Interaction, Operations, FP&A.

- Providing consulting services on matters related to fundraising, tax and insurance questions, and business structure and growth Organizational Leadership

- Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

- Analytical Thinking, Logical Thinking, Client Interaction, Transition process exposure is vital

- Regular meetings with management team around fiscal planning and strategizing the overall organization growth

- Liaising between onshore & offshore team to improve and strengthen the bonding to achieve highest service delivery as one team

- Supervise and coach office manager/Team Leaders on regular basis

- Hold good/reasonable knowledge on financial management to review the client books and coach the team where necessary

- Engage in hiring process for all positions across the organization to identify the best resource.

- Experience in Financial Management.

- Provide functional leadership to the operations teams who work on US & India end-to-end Accounting and other allied services

- Strong background and work experience in Finance

- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
