A pest and hygiene management company in Bangalore looking for Operations manager with 5+ years of experience for Bangalore locations.

Role:

Managing Team of Operations Executives and responsible for Service Delivery, including Operations Planning and scheduling, Field service management and deliver service excellence

Handling key corporate clients and ensure service schedules are met. Ensure improved customer experience and satisfaction for the region.

Offer unique solution to the client based on the client's specific need, requirements and timeline.

Visiting Important Customers to find the service efficacy. Handling Irate Customers

Training and ensuring maintenance of safety standards at the service centers

Ideal Profile:

5-7 years of handling Operations/ Field Service Management in Courier / Telecom / DTH / Consumer durable (Eureka Forbes/Kent RO etc) industries

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Agressive

Graduate (preferably MBA)
