Operations Manager - eCommerce

Scope of Work:

1. Set-up all the standard operating processes required for the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

2. Leading Vendor Management, SCM, Logistics, Strategy and Process excellence programs

3. Setup P & L management, Contract signings & financial reconciliation processes for Brand's & 3PL Vendors alongside finance team.

4. Setting up e-commerce operations which includes warehousing, fulfillment, payments, customer service, order fulfillment and deliveries services.

5. Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic 3PL Vendors for Pan India & Global Order fulfillment and delivery.

Preferred candidate:

The candidate should be experienced in working in an e-commerce/marketplace model of business for a minimum of 3 years in the order fulfillment and operations department.
