Operations Manager - eCommerce

- Responsible for setting up process ( SOP)

- Responsible for team objectives and joint managerial responsibility such as planning, optimization steering and controlling of process and duties.

- Lead by example and ensuring the operations team always be guided by high performance, integrity and teamwork values.

- Be the escalation point for all the operations issues from all assigned sites.

- Develops and coaches team members.

- Provides regular key information reports for warehouse and site operations to management.

- Ensure inbound/outbound shipment are executed promptly as per planned by the contractors with close monitoring from the warehouse team.

- Plans for regular stock counts and continuously reviews all processes and procedures to achieve continuous improvement
