Operations Manager - Credit Card Domain - BFSI

Job Description:-

- Candidate should have rich experience of Cards Operations - EMI presentation process and should have strong understanding of Industry Banking.

- Monitoring & Uploading the Instant Payment files Cards system, Managing and Monitoring Corporate and Commercial Credit Cards payments, Preparation and Circulating of MIS for Credit Card Payment volumes (Suspense Recon MIS, Weekly MIS, Daily Dashboard & Monthly MIS).

- Candidate should have a working knowledge of Reconciliation Payments (NEFT payments, Cash Payments, Internet, IMPS Payment, ECS Payment, Direct Debit Payments, Phone Banking Payments, Revenue Product recon and Bill-Pay Recon, Suspense Account Reconciliation).

- Managing Audit related query and provide the required details as per the audit requirements. Coordinating with Auditors for audit related issues.
