The company is looking for a talented individual to join them as Operations Manager, who has the drive and ability to structure processes, monitor results and help them grow their businesses.

The Operations Manager is the owner of an entire hub and is responsible for the overall operations and the development of the startup community within a hub.

As an Operations Manager, you will be expected to:

- Articulate a vision rooted in the local context and set clear goals that will serve as milestones for progress.

- Engage closely with the central support teams to create the best coworking space in the city.

- Manage the monthly Hub MIS and coordinate with the central team to create and deploy new processes.

- Create and maintain relationships with local startup ecosystem partners, evangelists and event organizers.

- Ensure all the stakeholders - investors, mentors, startups, freelancers/professionals, NGOs / social startups across services and sector types.are present in and frequent the space.

- Lead marketing activities of the hub and represent the company in various startup events, both internally and externally.

- Manage the upkeep and space design of the facility, equipment, and supplies to meet health and safety standards.

- Manage to invoice, billing and ensuring payment from members.

- Coordinate with the accounts department.

- Manage all deployed manpower like security, housekeeping and other administrative staff

- Conceptualize multiple approaches to solving a problem and draw out a clear road map with various responsibilities.

- Visionary with attention to detail on the smooth functioning of the hub

- An intelligent person ready to take complete ownership.

- Passion towards the goal of enabling and developing the startup ecosystem.

- Strategic and critical thinking skills

- Effective communication skills with a flair for both written and verbal communication.

- Diversified people management skills

- A long term commitment towards building the company's ecosystem.

- Resourceful and entrepreneurial

- Customer - centric / Startup experience is preferred.

- Flexible for 6 days working structure
