Operations Manager - Commercial Real Estate & US Mortgage

About the Role:

- Lead and develop specialized teams within the Operations area

- Improve staffing processes while ensuring regulatory compliance

- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal partners

- Identify process improvements and risk control measures

- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation for the team

- Manage resources, budgets, and financial performance

- Interpret and develop policies and procedures

- Mentor, guide, and assist in talent hiring

Required Qualifications:

- 4+ years of leadership experience

- Experience managing multiple complex processes

- Strong background in operations, risk management, and compliance

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in Mortgage Services - Money Movement & Insurance (Mandatory)

- 4+ years of people management experience, handling teams of 10-12 members
