Operations Manager - Coaching Institute

A leading coaching institute of Patna, Bihar is looking for young and bright Operations professional for running its operations smoothly.

Role: Operations Manager

The Job will include but not limited to these responsibilities:

- Planning and implementation of best practices for pre - admission

- Monitoring the Team performance for best results

- Co-ordination between different departments for smooth operations of Academics

- Smooth induction and orientation of students by the team members

- Planning and monitoring of classes, exams, scheduling and batch formation

- Planning and monitoring of study material for students

- Planning and implementing course tracking mechanism

- Managing a team of 20-30 people

Requirement for the Job:

- B.Tech or/and MBA in operation

- 0-4 years of experience in managing operations in a corporate or leading coaching institutes

- Willing to relocate to Patna

- Experience of handling a team

- Knowledge of Hindi

- Preference will be given to candidates from Bihar/Jharkhand

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
