Profit Centre Role :
- Responsible for General Management, Sales and Marketing Management, Managing operations, Business Planning and Development, Implementing differentiated Marketing strategies, Category/Brand Management, Managing large teams
- Transforming businesses and Building businesses.
- Building & Managing Distribution Channels
- Conceptualizing, Designing and Managing the Marketing strategies for driving the growth blueprint for current and new Brands, Packs, Channels, Geographies and Key customers.
- This involves the Consumer Marketing, Channel and Trade activations.
Candidate Requirement:
- A consistent performer with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding the growth and share objectives.
- Recognised for reliability and ensuring timely completion of projects, tie-ups and deals through constant innovation, persistence and a strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to manage key/major account relationships and large-scale projects at National Level with established excellence in achieving/exceeding service and operational standards in all the assignments undertaken.
- An experienced organizer and problem-solver, able to consider all options with an open mind to aid decision making.
- Demonstrated capability of leading diverse, multi-location direct reports as well as cross-functional teams through relentless motivation and building talent
- Self-motivated, personable, incisive, positive thinker, enthusiastic and persuasive, adept at mixing dynamism with the ability to assimilate and effectively use information at all levels to achieve the desired results.
