Operations Leader - Passenger revenue accounting

Looking for Leaders from Airline / Travel Operations- Passenger revenue accounting from ITES / KPO Industry only.

- Ensure delivery and contractual commitments of the Account are met

- Driving profitability within the Account and identifying opportunities for further business growth

- Driving continuous improvement and adding value to the customer's business

- Should be a domain expert in handling a team of 100+ FTEs in the Airline back office operations.

- Should have very good people management skills

- He/she should have good knowledge in the Revenue Accounting domain (Operations & Management).

- Responsible for People Development and Engagement across all levels within the Account

- Continuous engagement with Client Partners and BRMs to ensure customer expectations and deliverables are addressed

- Continuous engagement with CoE Leaders to ensure smooth functioning of delivery within the account

- Good Exposure to Presales and Solutioning in Airlines domain with be added advantage
