Operations Leader || Early Stage Startup Bangalore| Startup experience preferred - Helping create service excellence during initial pilots with 1-2 corporate clients for B2B Service Platform - Managing operations of Services Desk Platform on a 9- 6 basis - Managing a team of operations staff and helpdesk agents which will start small and scale up over time - Manpower Planning and deployment - Devising process flows and optimization in consultation with the leadership team - Ensure service stability through better process design and optimization over time - however, will also manage peak workloads and escalations from clients (corporate HR, end users and buyers of the service) Profile: - 5-10 years with at least 2 years of leading a team of 20+ in a corporate / BPO - Graduate with experience in a startup environment: scaled up the similar business - Willing to work long hours to help stabilize the business - Should be a coach to all staff reporting to him
