- Responsible to establishing process for the vertical for all Operating countries.

Job Description :
- Ensuring timely performance of Standard Activity for Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance to ensure mitigation of revenue leakages, revenue exposures, frauds, errors and omissions.
- Implementation of risk mitigation controls to strengthen the control environment
- Ensuring issues closure within defined SLA's
- Ensuring closure of business projects
- Engagement with all Opcos & Group on monthly basis for review
- Manages team of operations out of India
Profile :
- Must have: MBA
- 6-7 years of experience in Operations Risk Management or Revenue Assurance
- Knowledge of Revenue Assurance, GSM Systems
- Ability to do risk analysis and document the business requirements and formulate the business processes
- Strong problem solving skills
- Environmental awareness of economic and financial risks impacting in digital payment processes
