Your Role & Responsibilities in the Company

- The Partnerships team works with large strategic partners, acquiring and managing relationships and building financial products to solve the needs of MSMEs through the partner network. Think of building tech-enabled financial solutions for online sellers of a platform as an example.

- We are looking for an individual with an exceptional track record in selling to and hunting large corporate partners who can onboard new partnerships for Lendingkart

- You will be a self-starter, identifying targets, conducting meetings, and winning partnership deals with large companies

- You will work with Credit, Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to create the required offering, platforms, and technology to scale your business

- The role will have a revenue target and require moderate travel as required (Once situation permits)

Requirements/Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience with excellent pedigree, preferably in Fintech, internet, or e-commerce companies

- Proven experience in winning new business alliances and scaling them

- Knowledge of credit domain, financial products, and existing relationships in the industry will be of advantage

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
