Operations Lead - Ranchi ( IIT+ MBA)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for ensuring Technical training, quality and operational aspects of Rural skill gurukuls. 

The following are indicative deliverables:

- Overall Recruitment, Technical training, quality and HR/IR aspects of Gurukuls and trainees

- Be resourceful to the gurukul functions by providing them with solutions for any operational Escalations.

- Ensuring schedule and standards of work ethics, processes are measured, reviewed and adhered

- Ensure employee, beneficiary satisfaction by periodically measuring them and doing the needful to continuously improve them.

Requirements:

- IIT B.tech/B.E -MBA with work experience in Industrial Relations. (Manufacturing/Construction)/Operations/Technical Training/Industrial Relations/ construction HR with a rare combination of Strategic understanding capacity along with P & L Operations management background..

- Needs to have a keen eye for hands-on attitude for ensuring on-the-ground performance.

- Willingness to travel including in rural areas is necessary and ideally be based in Ranchi

- Understanding of processes adherence, Business/qualitative metrics including profitability and review mechanisms important.

- Demonstrated track record in operations management including strategic and tactical issues management, cost targets achievement.

- Passion for social section with an entrepreneurial streak is a pre-requisite.
