Operations Lead (Fintech Startup) We are hiring for this role on behalf of our client. Our client is a prominent Fintech start-up and is backed by major investors. The Operations lead role is a Manager level position responsible for managing, monitoring and running the day to day operations in compliance with RBI and Lender policies. The overall objective of this role is to lead the ops team in day-to-day deliverables, reconciliation, managing lenders and 3rd party agencies, and internal/external teams. Roles & Responsibilities : - Supervision of day-to-day operations to make sure daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly deliverables are met. - Daily production of cases. - Coordinate with internal/external teams to set up processes and exceptional handling. - Monthly reconciliation with lenders, internal/external teams and billing. - MIS preparation and handling. - Serve as a primary point of contact to the lenders and agencies. - Team management. - Quality Assurance and due diligence. Skills Required: - Candidate should have 8-10 years experience in Operations (Preferably from Lending background) - Good process understanding on lending such as KYC checks, processing of documents etc. (Important) - Proficient in excel/google sheets. (Familiarity with SQL, VBA and BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI etc. is a plus) - Good understanding of MIS preparation and converting them to actionables. - Good understanding of reconciliation and QC. - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Should have managed a team size of 8-10 before. - Prior experience in Big 4 is a plus. - Good attention to detail
