Stakeholder management :
Internal stakeholders include : Ops, Biz Fin, Accounting Fin, Legal, HR, L&D
External stakeholders include : Clients, admins, aggregators, channel partners, vendors
- To monitor performance of key metrics
- To ensure city wise targets are met each month
- To ensure SLAs are on track
- To ensure that growth is on par with AOP
- To track kiosk/ outlet quality ratings
- Reconciliation of receivables
- To launch new offers
- Ideating whats going well
- To ensure segment wise, account wise targets are met
- To ensure team is being motivated with required R&R, team engagement activities
- Work closely with Business Development team on pipeline of accounts
- Work closely with HR, L&D for hiring, training
- Work closely with Biz Fin and Procurement for kiosk level requirements, for approvals on offers, investments
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and address them with relevant offerings
- To take up end to end ownership on key metrics for the city
