- Lead & manage Manufacturing & Maintenance Teams to ensure team deliverables are met in timely & efficient manner. Deliverables include :   - Production & Process Readiness, Meeting Delivery Schedules, On Time Production, WIP Management, Defect Free Production, Continuous Improvement of Production Efficiencies w.r.t. Inputs   - Maintenance & Upkeep of Equipments & Utilities, Minimization of downtimes, Management of Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance, Spares Management   Safety :   - Set Continuous Improvement targets & implement projects/ actions to achieve the same. Ensure a culture of Continuous Improvement & speedy Problem Solving with proper root causing   - Ensuring effective utilization of Inputs: man,machine and material.   - Ensure adequacy of departmental processes to ensure timely meeting of Deliverables, including continuous improvement of the processes based on PDCA and potential failure mode analyses   - Ensure adequacy of skill level in the departments to meet its deliverables, including Training & Development as needed   - Ensure high team motivation & morale levels and proper work culture   - People Development activities including Coaching & Mentoring   - Provision of adequate resources to ensure smooth team functioning   - Advance Capacity planning for capital investments.   - Conduct of Weekly Management meetings, reporting to Management as needed   Key deliverables :   Ensure Team Deliverables :   - On time Delivery, No Customer Complaints, Internal Rejections & Reworks within targets; Manufacturing Efficiency / OEE Targets, Continuous Improvement Targets, WIP targets   - Downtime Minimization; MTTR/MTBF Targets; Maintenance Schedule Adherences; Spares Availability & Inventory Targets   - No Safety incidents   - Ensure Adequacy of Systems & Processes and Adherence, including continuous improvement of Processes based on PDCA   Ensure a Winning Culture :   - Result Driven   - High Standard of Performance / Excellence Driven   - Process Adherence and Systemic Working   - Proper Root Causing & Problem Solving   - Continuous Improvement   - Speedy Actioning   - Data based approach   - Team Work   - Resource Adequacy for effective & efficient team performance   Structured People Development :   - Skill Level mapping and enhancement through Training & Development   - Development of desired Values & Attitudes   - Coaching & Mentoring   - Establish cadence of Plan & Reviews, including for self-functioning   Preferred Candidates :   - Min 15 years of which min 5 years as Production Head with exposure to Machine Maintenance & Manufacturing Process Planning   - Candidates having fluency in native language and are willing to relocate   - Candidates with overall experience in Operations (Manufacturing & Maintenance) from Manufacturing domain having P & L responsibility would be preferred
