Operations Head - Education Delivery Service (10-20 yrs)
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures for the Skilling vertical. Cutting across departments and ministries at PAN India level.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Skilling vertical, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with other department heads to ensure the Skilling vertical aligns with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets for the Skilling vertical, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Mentor and lead a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform at their best.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, educational institutions, industry associations, and other organizations in the skilling industry.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing the Skilling vertical.
- Any other work assigned by the management
