Opportunity to work with a startup that focuses into solving problem of grocery purchase and day to day needs of people. The FMCG sector in India has market size in excess of US$ 13.1 billion as of the year 2012. And we believe with recent shift in consumer behaviour of purchasing goods online; there is huge upside to online retail of FMCG & Grocery. We aim to capture that share through creating value for customers.

We are at very initial stage of our business and funded by a PE veteran in his individual capacity.

Required Trait:

We are looking for Operations Ecommerce Head who will be responsible towards Order Execution, supply Chain Management, Logistics, Dispatch & Delivery. He/ She has to be extremely Passionate, Entrepreneurial and should be ready to take challenges of a startup head-on. We will be unable to settle with anything less.

Qualifications & Experience

- Must have worked in ecommerce or retail or hybrid model in capacity of Operations Manager/ Head for atleast 3 years

- Extremely Passionate & has Risk Taking attitude. Level headed and good interpersonal skills

- Should have sound knowledge of ERP platform(s) and very basic knowledge of accounting

- Should have had entrepreneurial/startup experience in past

- Must have been involved in all Strategic Business Unit related issues in previous role

- Worked closely with business stakeholders to meet the company’s business goals and targets

- Analytical with proven expertise in MIS, report keeping, Team Management

- Should be internet savvy if not from ecommerce domain

- Graduate from IIT/ IIM though not mandatory

Job Description

- Monitor and take care of order execution right from CRM level to final delivery

- Take care of the end to end order flow across platforms in ecommerce like CRM, ERP, Delivery platforms

- Analysis of daily order flow and required response through technology platforms

- Work along with Marketing team to meet the sales target and process execution

- Analytical at all levels and should be able to prepare reports/insights every fortnight

- Train and guide the operations team, keep them motivated

- Start at small scale but capable of taking it to bigger scale with the team

- Maintaining MIS and record entry for every order executed on ERP

- Drive Performance Assessment and mentoring to team members

- Take the accountability of tasks put to the team
