They are happy to meet over a cup of the coffee to explore the discussion.  Core Responsibilities:  - Informal leadership and great interpersonal relationship - You need to influence functions which are reporting directly to the CEO or help to parties to work together to resolve an issue.  - Business Strategy Planning: - you need to evolve the company strategy that led to an increase the company's revenue.  - VENDOR MANAGEMENT: - Supplier Partnerships, Sourcing, and Brand Management. On boarding New Suppliers. Increased the supplier brand portfolio.  - OPERATION AND SUPPLY CHAIN: Operational Excellence, Logistics, Inventory Management, Project Management. Organizational Structuring: Set-up end to end operational processes and structured vertical functions such as design, sales & business development, supply chain, vendor management, back-end operations and marketing operations.  - Project Management: Project leadership of cross functional teams to deliver projects on time. Handle end to end value chain of a major client with a key focus on front end client management, accounts operations, logistics, and procurement schedules.  - Inventory Management & Logistic Planning: - Implement and monitor order cycles and procurement schedules for effective inventory control.
