Operations Head - eCommerce (12-18 yrs)
We are looking for an Operations Head for an E commerce company at Bangalore.
Location: Bangalore
Strategy
- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
- Design and implement policies to align with the overall strategy
- Formulate AOPs for Operations to align with the demand forecasts
- Build strategies for cost optimization through product, process and policy improvements.
Execution
- Implement efficient processes and standards
- Identity risks of severe failures and implement process changes through the teams for risk mitigation
- Direct individual business operating teams on implementation and process improvements, through the design and plannings teams
- Stepin during critical and top priority situations and quickly align teams for resolutions
Performance Tracking & Improvement
- Track and improve Customer satisfaction scores / NPS across the organisation by driving VOCs. and tracking implementations of identified improvements
- Overseeing process improvement & adoption metrics for operations
- Track productivity and cost improvement targets across operations activities
- Drive process adherence through process quality checks and implement SOP adherence throughout the teams
People & Partnering
- Manage leaders of Fulfillment, Design , Planning and Customer support teams
- Drive teams through regular cadence and reviews
- Partner across Growth , Product , Marketing and Finance teams to achieve business objectives
- Create a conducive working environment across teams and focus on developing leaders
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
