Operations Head - CRM Agency (8-10 yrs)
We are hiring for a client which is an agency in CRM. We require a Operations Head kind of a person, with about 8 to 10 years- experience in a BPO, with at least 2 to 3 years- experience ALSO handling non-voice services like chat and social (VERY IMPORTANT). He / She could also be from a digital agency that also operates its own call centre for campaign management. But good understanding of social is critical. Should be based in Gurgaon.
Exp: 5-10 years
- Servicing the client on Social media/ Digital mktg campaigns assigned
- Equipped with working knowledge of digital/social media with a focus on strategy and operations.
- Need to understand client requirements, discuss brand issues and communication strategies with the client.
- Co-ordinate with Planning, Operations, Media, ORM and Design to ensure smooth functioning of the accounts.
- Work closely with the planning and operations to develop and implement strategies.
- Also work with clients and their Media (SEO & SEM) team.
SHOULD HAVE WORKED IN A CALL CENTER
Responsibilities:
- Interact and understand the client's needs and objectives to promote their brand on Digital/ social media and communicate to the social media team

- Establishing successful social media presence for the client
