Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance to any local and national laws that come into play from the perspective of vehicles, road transport and materials being shipped.

- Maintain compliance report for all the drivers, vehicles and for all the transport vendors

- Maintain compliance to legal framework / companies processes & policies along with statutory obligations, law of the land & business processes.

- Handle RTO (Regional Transport Office) documentations regarding trucks and transport

- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously

- Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues

- Draft, modify and implement company policies.

- Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training

- Monitor of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control

- Involvement in designing & implementation of Compliance/ Regulatory strategies.

Developed compliance processes inline with requirements.

- Assist to document compliance process and establish record keeping procedures.

Measures of Success :

- Should have relevant experience and In-depth knowledge of the regulatory compliance management experience in logistics/ supply chain firm.

- Working within strict deadlines

- Strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills.

- Attention to detail, able to work with minimal supervision

- Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity

- Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.

- Can adapt well to changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
