- Plan, organize, coordinate and control the overall operation activities of the Company
- Devising & restructuring of policies & SOPs
- Monthly and Quarterly Performance monitoring & improvement
- Keep a close eye to assess if the work is done as per the job description of respective individual
- Managing all back office employees at Head Office across all departments
- To ensure that timely resolution is done for all issues / problems
- Co-ordination across all internal departments & employees for better and smooth functioning
- Review and monitoring the targets vs achievements allotted to sales team
- Implementation of any direction/policy from the management
- Manages the growth and success of the team
- Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure smooth functioning
- Creates a detailed schedule based on strict deadlines
- Preparation and submission of various MIS reports
- To get involved and support whenever and wherever the team members are held up
- Managing colleagues, workloads and deadline
