Roles and Responsibilities : KRA : - Responsible for the operational aspects of services and service levels required by the unit leadership. - Member of the unit Leadership Team, and the leadership team - Performance management and line management of the Service Area Leaders and other members of the Service Operations team. - Responsible for service delivery as per the Statement of Works (SOWs) for each service area. - Peer relationships and accountability for services and resources provided to unit by elements of global service providers Qualifications & Requirements : - Graduate / Post Graduate degree with more than 20+ years of relevant work experience. - Extensive proven experience in service delivery in a large BPO, or outsourced or in-house centralised /shared service operation - Experience of delivering a broad range of services in a GBS environment across multiple domains - Marketing, IT, Finance and HR / Talent
