Own the P&L for all residences and drive overall profitability by keeping a strong control over costs - Hire Residence Captains and Micromarket Managers; and groom them to manage overall operations of each residence. - Oversee delivery of various services including food, hospitality, internet, laundry and security - Build and grow best-in-class partner network across services; Monitor processes and improve service quality provided by different partners to ensure internal service level targets are met. - Define day-to-day responsibilities of the team, set up reporting structure and monitor metrics on a regular basis. - Implement new tools created by the Technology team and drive usage. - Build Residence Captain hiring, on-boarding and training playbook that can be replicated at scale Job requirements - 4-5 years of work-experience in operations, preferably in startups. - Quick thinker - able to think through and execute on solutions to problems on-ground - Hustler - knows how to get things done, no matter the circumstances - Problem solver; loves to break down a problem and find unique solutions - Understand and love technology.
