Operations Design Role


This role will require leading Operations Design across all the subsidiary companies and will be reporting to the Head of Operations Design closely with every relevant function (Product, Business, Tech, Marketing, Strategy, Founder's Office,etc.)

What do we expect from you?

- You will be responsible for working on key Operations design projects across businesses, which requires strong analytical skills, problem solving, managing multiple stakeholders, structured thinking, effective program management and great communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- Identify Major projects and problem statements which can give a step up jump to customer experience, productivity, cost effectiveness.

- Own problem solving as well as execution of these projects while coordinating with different stakeholders

- Liaise with various stakeholders to develop plans with a medium-term forward view, and associated weekly delivery plan.

- To initiate and lead initiatives to improve the Processes, proactively manage projects to improve efficiency

- Ensure effective consideration of decision or delays against any potential business adverse impact.

- Drive visible performance management, use KPI's to track progress, monitoring actual performance versus plan promoting awareness to drive improvement.

Required Skills :

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Tier 1 Consulting firms, Strategy roles at Corporates / late-stage startups

- You love data and numbers and formulate data-driven strategies

- Strong First principles thinking

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills

- Dedication, flexibility and excellent communication skills
