8 - 12 years of experience in the Consulting space with expertise in Operations Consulting for Retail/Food Retail/FMCG etc. with proven ability to influence key stakeholders and maintain relationships; solid track record in financial management.

Description:

To act as the Champion of Growth between company and its- Franchise Partners to support the expansion of the brand, ensure sales plans are achieved and operating standards are met.

Duties and Core Responsibilities :

Operations Excellence

- Develops more efficient systems for operations in areas of food production, store opening, manpower, tech-based experiences.

- Directs the development of basic policies and plans, both long and short term to ensure the accomplishment of the organizations objectives.

- Evaluates systems and procedures in order to increase operational efficiencies and profitability.

- Establishes benchmark cost ratios for the Standard Operation Procedures for each store and monitors these to ensure that they are implemented and followed by each department in the units and analyzes and appraises regularly the effectiveness of units.

- Work closely with the QA Leader and take responsible for identifying critical parameters which impact product quality and continuously monitor & drive them to maintain expected quality level.

- Accountable for proactively working with stakeholders/QA Leader in identifying critical situations wherein there is a risk of Quality getting compromised and explore the best ways to tackle those situations.

Profit Maximisation

- Identifies potential opportunities and threats and assists the leadership team in pre-empting them.

- All aspects of managing profit margins and annual budgets.

- Evaluating costs related to resources, both human and material, to maximize performance and efficiency.

- Supervise and report on annual budgetary and quarterly forecasting processes

Strategic Insights

- Conduct competitive analysis, collate data ensuring alignment with F&B trends and market price

- Responsible for the business strategy and goal setting.

- Identifying strategies for overall customer experience thru seamless quality control processes, Upkeep of assets, Speed of Service etc.

- Keeping abreast of diversity in the business environment both locally and international

- Defines Vision thru a strategy that is intended to establish the company's direction and focus
