Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Lead or actively contribute to the planning, execution, and successful completion of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, drawing insights from data to inform decision-making and business development.
- Utilize strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data tools to conduct in-depth analysis, interpret data, and generate actionable insights. Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Apply excellent problem-solving skills to address complex operational challenges, demonstrating the ability to think on your feet and adapt to evolving situations.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization, communicating insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
- Leverage tools like Google Sheets and other automation tools to improve efficiency and data management.

Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, startups, operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Proven experience in handling cross-functional projects and optimizing operational workflows.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to think on your feet, work effectively in ambiguity, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in technology and startups.
- Experience with tools like Google Sheets and other automation tools.
- Strong business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field
