Operational Treasury Manager - Aerospace Firm (5-12 yrs)
Job Location : Belgaum, India
Responsibilities :
- The incumbent will be responsible to implement all treasury policies, develop treasury processes, in line with policies and procedures for various businesses in conjunction with business heads focusing on efficiency and compliance with policies.
- Candidates with strong experience in Treasury Operations or Operations Treasury are looked for.
- Candidate must have strong team Management experience.
- Manage Treasury Shared Services.
- Global treasury operations experience mandatory.
- Overall responsibility of Accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury compliance.
- Prepare or monitor the company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling Makes and implements recommendations to improve treasury processes and procedures.
- Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
- Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
- Assess performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted.
Forex :
- Work with Global treasury head to create and maintain Foreign Exchange Risk Management Policy.
- Identify, ascertain and manage foreign exchange risk across the organization.
- Identify the best hedge mechanism.
Skill Sets :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
- Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively direct and supervise
Indicative Years of Experience :
- Total experience of 7-8 years with a minimum of 2 years in similar capacity.
Educational Background :
- CA with 4-5 years of experience Or B.com/MBA/CA inter with 8-9 years of Exp.
