Operational Risk Role - Assurance Team - Bank

Role specs:

- The candidate shall be responsible for effective coordination among Assurance Functions i.e. Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Audit for convening meeting of the Assurance Group head by CRO and represented by Head-Audit and Chief Compliance Officer, for reporting key issues obtained from Compliance, Risk and Internal Audits teams.

- The incumbent will be solely responsible for adherence to internal guidelines pertaining to the Assurance Group.

- Assist in conducting meetings of Assurance Group and meetings of Operational Risk Management Committee (ORMC) meetings

- Develop relationship with 2nd Line Functions e.g. Compliance and 3rd Line i.e. Internal Audit for risk identification, assessment and their effective mitigation as well as Functions in 1st line of defence (Head - Operations)

Candidate specs:

- Must have experience in Audit/Compliance or identification and mitigation of Operational Risks in various Business Lines, Retail, Trade, Treasury,

- CS background preferred.
