Operational Risk Resource Manager - IT/Digital Banking - Bank (3-8 yrs)
We are urgently hiring for a candidate having decent experience as Operational Risk Manager in IT/Digital Banking for one of the leading bank for Mumbai location.
1. Technical, functional knowledge and experience of working in risk team and have relevant experience of working in Digital Banking channels for e.g. Internet Banking & Mobile banking, UPI etc.
2. Shall have good knowledge and experience of Information Technology (IT) applications and IT/Information Security risks and controls review.
3. Reviewing of Policies, Product Notes, Product notes / Standard Operating Procedures from Operational Risk perspective and documentation of risk register for Digital banking channels/products for e.g. Internet banking, Mobile Banking, UPI, Corporate Internet Banking, ENACH, E-Toll, SMS, IVR Banking etc. and IT & ISG
4. Shall have good knowledge and understanding of Third party/vendor involvement and various fintech models involved in digital banking space.
5. RCSA testing to be conducted, i.e. Annual Risk & Control Assessment of assigned units as per agreed plan and tracking & timely closure of open issues/ actions and risk acceptances of the assigned Digital Banking units, IT and ISG.
6. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
