Operational Risk Manager - Investment Bank

- Regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on key operational risk events, emerging risks and other developments. Overseeing the tasks of other team members as required

- Supporting the Head of Central ORM, Head of Framework and the Global Head of ORM on procedure reviews, development of Framework, design and roll-out of training and other ad hoc projects / tasks as required. Supporting the Global Leads for Key Risk Indicators, Scenario Analysis and other work streams as required

- Creation of new operational risk metrics and measures, in line with the overarching framework enhancements undertaken; Loss events for QIS etc.

- Managing the regular process to obtain attestation from Regional ORM on implementation of key Policies and Minimum Standards

- Requesting updates to and producing regular status updates on the progress of ORM rollout across all Regions

- Support the creation of the agenda, logistics and outputs for Global ORM Off sites and other key meetings if required.

- Attending the Global Heads weekly call as required to go through the agenda and minute them

- Supporting Regional ORM on specific projects and production of regular reporting as required

- Development and testing of the in house Op risk System, Single reporting platform and other tools as required

- Managing the Risk Library in the Op risk system

- Supporting Op Risk Training development and embedding globally
