Job Description :
- Understanding of Operational Risk Management (Process & Policies).
- Maintain and own the Internal Loss Database for ORM - Ensure timely & accurate capture of data and periodic updates, conduct loss data reconciliation and perform periodic sanity checks on the database.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in the circulation of periodic internal dashboards, board level submission and regulatory reports.
- Effectively manage the OR automation project and ensure timely implementation.
- Manage all ORM projects taken up subsequently.
- Develop effective channels of communication to ensure seamless sharing of inter-departmental information.
