Urgent hiring for Operation Risk Management

We are looking for someone who is into Internal Audits or Branch Operations.

Job Description - Experience (3 years in Banks/ BIG 4)

- Conducting of Risk & Control Self Assessment for Liability Operations Units (Branch Banking & Retail Liability Operations)

- Experience of handling Trade Service Desk at Branch shall be an added advantage

- Product and Process reviews

- Monitoring of Key Risk Indicator

- Operational Risk Incident reporting and conducting Root Cause Analysis

- Create various advisories / training / awareness on Operational Risk

- Should be CA/CWA/CS/MBA

- Good team management skills, ability to work under pressure and good conflict management skills

- Travelling will be there (2-3 Weeks in 2 Months) Pan India
